Common questions

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you keep paid features through the end of the billing period. After that your storefront goes offline until you subscribe again — nothing is deleted.
What happens to my products if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you have 30 products on Pro and downgrade to Starter, you keep all 30 visible and editable. You just can’t add new ones past the Starter limit until you upgrade again.
Is Pro Max worth it for a single store?
Pro Max is for serious operators who want forecasts, customer segments, and CSV exports. If you run one store and just want clean analytics, Pro is the sweet spot.
Can I sell digital products on biizz?
Yes. Upload PDFs, ebooks, video files, or course materials and biizz delivers them automatically the moment a buyer pays. Sell from your own storefront, or list on the public biizz marketplace too.
How does digital delivery work?
When a buyer pays, they get immediate access in their library plus a download or reader-mode link by email. No manual sending, no Google Drive shares, no DM follow-ups.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Sales from your own storefront are 100% yours. We never touch the money: it flows directly between buyer and your connected payment gateway. On the public biizz marketplace we charge a platform fee per sale that drops with each plan: 6% on Starter, 5% on Pro, 3% on Pro Max.
Which payment methods do you support?
Pay with mobile money, card, or bank transfer through Paystack. Junipay is also supported for direct integration. All amounts are in your local currency.
